to Africans at home and diaspora through equity participating to create value for investors.

Hostel Africa projects are sold in unit(s). A unit is 1bedroon student apartment.

NO. Hostel Africa projects are sold in local currency of the domicile country (i.e Nigeria).
All remittances by Investors through our collection partner are through dedicated payment
gateway in local currency for direct remittances to the project account.

All payments to Hostel Africa projects are made through the dedicated payment gateway
via the website @www.hostelafrica360.com, on the “payment platform menu”.

You will be required to fill our registration/application form with your correct details.

After you have successfully submitted the form, you will have to check your email inbox for a welcome email and also containing your username and password which will give you access to the client area.

A project of Hostel Africa, purposely designed student accommodation for Lagos
University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) medical students. The development was birthed in
collaboration with the authority of LUTH to provide alternative student’s accommodation
in an ambience environment. The project is designed to house 35 exquisite ensuite rooms
on two floors. The design combines affordability, system efficiency and style, to attract the
right class of students.

A unit of is currently being sold at N4,250,000.00 (Four Million, Two Hundred and Fifty
Thousand) naira only. (Unit price is subject to review)

YES. The project promoter has adopted Easy Payment Plan (EPP), a package of Hostel
Africa that accommodates categories of subscribers. Easy Payment Plan is a more flexible
payment plan that allows subscribers to pay on monthly basis over a period of 18months
max at zero interest rate.

– Outright Payment @ 5% discount.
– 6months Payment Plan @2.5% discount.
– 18months Payment Plan @zero interest rate.

– Legal documentations N200,000.00 per unit

– Deed of Contracts at the beginning of the investment
– Deed of Assignment after full payments

Receipt of payment for every payment and letter of allocation at the end of all payments

After full payment at the beginning of the tenancy year.

After full payment. The tenancy year for Starlet Residences is 2025.

You will get a refund of total money paid less 35% contract cancellation and 10%
administrative fee. (Please revert to company refund policy for further clarification)

 Yes. When all payments are made and tenancy commences on the unit(s) purchased.

Yes, when all payments are fully made. This attracts transfer fee of 5% of selling
