The investment focus is Africa continent with advance startup development in Nigeria. This is strategic for two principal reasons;

First, the numbers make business sense. As at 6^th of May, 2022, the Federal Executive Council of Nigeria at its 12th meeting of 2022, presented licenses to 12 new private universities which bring the number of private universities in Nigeria to 111 and total number of universities to 215.

Secondly, the huge opportunities remained untapped. The business side speak to the deficits of the decent accommodation of student on university campus. Statistics revealed the average population of universities enrollment in Nigeria is in excess of two million students yearly contending for nearly 800,000 admission slots with estimated annual growth of the numbers to15%.

The yearly population growth of Nigeria student outgrown the capacity of existing accommodation that are mostly poorly built, hence limit student learning capacity. Hostel Africa is on a mission to bridge the gap, “to provide a home for 200,000 students on university campuses, in 50 Africa universities on or before year 2033, with her business model”
