Starlet Residences

Starlet Residences is purposely designed student accommodation for the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) medical students. The development was birth in partnership with the authority of LUTH to provide alternative students accommodation in an ambience environment.

LUTH is the largest tertiary teaching hospital in Nigeria. Established in 1962 with 800 patient beds. It serves average of 25 million people in Lagos State. The teaching hospital trains students in the College of Medicine at the University of Lagos in the Medical, Dental, Pharmacology and other departments.

The student accommodation partnership between LUTH and Hostel Africa was deliberate to enhance and promote comfort for learning.

The project is situated within Idiaraba community, approximately two-minute walk to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital main campus, Idiaraba, Lagos, Nigeria., thus offering both proximity and security.

Starlet Residences is designed to house 35 exquisite ensuite rooms on two floors. The design combines affordability, system efficiency and style, to attract the right class of students.

Each room is spacious and semi furnished offering a pleasant environment. Starlet Residences is a game changer, with well-equipped facilities and boast of functioning Wi-Fi, potable water, and home like dining facilities that offer fresh & nutritious food to the students.
